No returns will

be accepted without a return authorization. Please

emailinfo@ikesound.com to obtain a return

authorization number. Note: Any return

returned to sender.

ship to the address we have on file so it is up to the customer to make

sure we have a correct shipping address on file. If we ship to an “old”

address and you do not receive your return. Scala1 will not be

return.

Scala1 has the sole discretion as to

what is warrantied. It is our intention to

keep you, the customer happy. With that in mind, we will do our best to

repair or exchange the item sent back to us in good

faith.

Scala1 is not

our part: i.e. we shipped to the

wrong address, or we shipped the wrong item.

General

Rules

Shipments to Al/HI/PR require a special shipping a special shipping quote.

Shippments to US territories (VI, GUAM) also require special shipment quote.

For

returns made 14 days from

date of receipt on items that are not

defectiveScala1 will provide an RMA

number and willrefundupon return less 15% of the item’s price.

*** Free shipping items can be returned within 14 days, less 10% of the total price.

(Items sold with shipping charges can be returned within 14 days less the shipping and handling.)

The item has to be returned in its original condition, with the original packaging in saleable condition in order to receive a refund.

For returns made

14 days after

date of receipt on items that are not

defective, Scala1 will issuea store credit for the

price of the item and a restocking fee amounting to

15% of the item’s price.

Defective

itemsthat are returned14 days from

date of receipt can be

returned at the buyers expense and we will ship a new item as a

replacement ifthe item is available at that

time. If the item is not available Scala1 will issue a store credit or exchange.

Defective items that

repaired***.)

The customerwill need to send $39.00 return feewith the

return. The $39.00

of any credit issued.

Refurbished

Product Warranty

All refurbished products hold a 90-day warranty.The return fee is also $39.00 and all instructions on returning the refurbished product still apply. We will send all refurbished items to repair. Once the item is repaired it will be returned to you. Repair time can vary between 8 – 10 weeks.
